Do you and your child listen to music together? If you don’t, you may want to give it a try. Find a music station that plays music on your television, radio, or you can put in a CD. Get up and dance with your child.
In addition to just dancing, there is so much more than you can do. You and your child can have a contest to see who can stay moving the longest. You can also play a game of copycat. Have your child make up their own dance moves and then you try to copy them. You can switch turns after a few minutes.
