Preschool Activity: Playing the Computer - Part 1

If you have a computer in your home, you may want to consider letting your child use it, with your guidance of course. There are a number of preschool computer games out there that are not only fun, but educational in nature. Your child will likely love playing these games. Personally, my three year old loves playing the computer whenever she gets the chance to.

In addition providing a nice source of entertainment, there are a number of other benefits to letting your child play preschool computer games with you at home. One of those benefits is the early use of the computer. Sometimes as early as kindergarten, children learn how to use the computer in school. Your child can get a head start at home. Many preschool computer games encourage your child to learn how to type, as well as practice their hand eye coordination with the mouse.
